Renew Adelaide has a unique and exciting opportunity to open a small bar and community project in a first floor space that has been vacant for 20 years!

Level 1, 20 Gilbert Place, Adelaide is unlike our normal Renew Adelaide properties that are on a30-day rolling licence, this property owner has generously donated the space rent free for a secured period until March 30th 2015; the licence may then transition to a 30-day rolling licence or you may take a longer commercial lease.

This could be:

  • A community space
  • A retail gallery element
  • Entertainment – music, small-scale theatre
